used to develop company CRM initiatives.

The course also looks at the difference in cockpit and cabin CRM with advanced CRM and threat and
error management, reality based training and the goals of CRM. the goals of the CRM course is to instill
technical proficiency, situation awareness, stress and stress management, communications, teamwork
and decision making.

The course then offers video exercises and a summary review of the course.
